I know you are both very in love, and if both of you want marriage, then love is a great reason for it. And do know that marriage never requires any sacrifices in legal terms and all terms, and you will be able to for example have other partners as well in the future, because marriage does not close the door to anything. And these imbecile criminals have forced upon us an illegal law of tolerance to imbeciles and limitations to professors, and this illegal law is still being enforced by the criminals. In real law, you can marry without any problem, and since the law never dies or expires or changes, it is all right for you to marry if you two wish. Priests are stil existing in society, priests of real religions, also lawyers of real law exist in society, and contacting such people is possible for both of you. But most priests and lawyes are unable to currently perform their duties officially because of criminals, so it is a matter of a private contact with such persons. From clairvoyance, it is not possible to have a normal ceremony these days, but marrying over distance, through a telephone or through correspondence is still possible. Many lawyers and priests can grant you a marital bond through correspondence, so you will both get a marriage certificate. It is best to search the internet for such people, because you may find a true law representant able to give you a marital bond quite easily. But overall do resign from marriage through criminal city offices, and resign from marriage in the light of the illegal regimous law. 

A marriage certificate can very well secure your future and block possibility of separation commited by criminals. The real law very supports any wants of real marriage, and I know it will be possible for you two to get a marriage certificate from any priest or lawyer you find. I know that priests will be easier to contact than lawyers and they will easily issue marital certificates.

There is also nothing wrong with a young marriage, and from knowledge, currently the criminal society organizes very young marriages and finds them fashionable, so criminals will also not scorn you for that. It is all right even among mafia nowadays to marry young, so you will not fall victim to any persecutions from this reason.
