I am very sad to hear that, this is a horrible situation you are in. I think it is very important that your parents learn about this. It's best to call them and say that you have to do shopping for private needs of your grandparents and that they pay additionally for them, and that you have to do housework for the entire family. I believe the reason they stay with you and your siblings was for them to take care of you three - definitely the reason was not for you to be watched over without any care. I know they were supposed to do the shopping, and therefore were told that if they have additional needs they will need to pay from own money, and they were asked to stay at your house to take care of you, to cook for all three of you, to clean together with you. I am sure that's why they are there. So you need to call your parents and tell them about this situation quickly, and tell them that your grandparents do not help at home and that you have to work at home for additionally also them since your last maturity exam. It is very important that you did that. I know your parents are very proud of you for your exam results and that they asked your grandparents to move to your house so that you all three would not be alone with housework, so you have to tell them that it's otherwise, that you have to do housework with your siblings for your grandparents and that they don't help. They were asked in to move by your parents, so they made that decision, and so it's up to them to solve this situation. Either they make your grandparents do the housework like they were supposed to do, or they make them move out, so all three of you didn't have to do housework for five people including them additionally, but only for yourselves. All in all, your grandparents are not a part of your normal household, and it is obvious that with your parents gone you shouldn't be forced to additionally take care of them.
