Adventures are a type of studies. And I know that you do need them. Obviously, if you are thinking about adventures, then you see some gain in them. Still, there is no reason why you should resign from studies, because they are also adventurous. Studies at real universities put no obligations on students, because that's the academic motto. "No obligations on students" means that you can do anything you want in your life and still conduct studies. All real universities are planning to open once the hacking blockades are ruined. And they operate under all their traditional rules.
Plus, I think what you need are classically adventure-like studies, for example archeology. Because there will be no limitations put on you concerning your other activities, perhaps it is good to undertake academic learning, with the thought of practical gain achievable from them on your adventures. So perhaps you need to become an expert in something, like in lock-picking or bomb-building (these skills are often very needed during world travel adventures), or in ancient Greek, or in car repairments - studies can provide you with a lot of expertise on topics which practically appear throughout traditional adventures. And the bottom line is, if you are going on an adventure, then you need to be prepared for it - this is actually a law of adventures. So it might turn out that you need university preparations in order to start your adventures, and therefore generally it is best never to resign entirely from academic learning in your future. Universities exist to aid.
I believe that what you need is freedom in your life, just be sure that universities never take that away and actually often bring even more of it, and so, do plan your future enterprises without limiting yourself to things you already own, because adventures often require to acquire.
Basically, I know that you already know what you want to do in your life, and my general advice is, that in order to fulfill your dreams and plans never give up on any aids and solutions offered by the world. Money opens a road to freedom, so spend it on such things which will help you to achieve your main life goals.
