To Annie
As far as I know, such problems with
feeling unaccepted for own appearance rise always from the fact that
one is famous. They are not problems in fact, they are worries. Only
worries. And such worries are symbolical. I am sure you know that you
are very famous. And this is the cause for your worries. I actually
know about this fame syndrom from Johnny Depp, and would not come up
with this answer without him, especially that I have in fact similar
worries almost every day, and they are weird. Because there is
nothing specifically wrong with my look, however I often worry that
my face looks dirty even when I check and it's not, that my clothes
are stained in a way which I don't see but other people see it, and
also the things you mention – that I'm not accepted for lack of
make-up and that my clothes are seemingly ok but still I look odd in
them. I have such impressions about my appearance very often. And
Johnny told me already that it's a fame syndrom. A symbolical,
magical result of social fame. I know it's hard to stop worrying, but
remembering about the reasons for this might help much. It is all in
all only an impression which symbolises a very good thing.
